1Cancellation Timing
Charges depend on how close to the pickup time you cancel.

2Before Confirmation
Requests cancelled before our team confirms the booking carry no charge.
3After Confirmation
Once a driver is assigned, a cancellation charge may apply.
4Customer No-Show
If the customer is unreachable at pickup after the grace period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
5Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free when requested early and subject to vehicle availability.
6Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund Policy.
